Refund Policy
At Ocean Tides Tarot, each reading is energetically prepared and intuitively channeled specifically for you. Because of the personal and spiritual nature of tarot services, the following refund policy is in place to honor both the reader’s time and the integrity of the work.
All Sales Are Final
Once a tarot reading has been purchased, all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are offered on completed or delivered readings.
Tarot readings are for spiritual guidance and insight only. They are not a guarantee of outcomes, predictions, or specific results. Interpretations may vary based on free will and shifting energies.
Delivery Issues
A refund or reschedule may be considered only if:

The reading is not delivered within the stated timeframe and

No communication has been provided regarding the delay
Any delivery concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the expected delivery time.
Emergency Readings
Emergency readings are prioritized and delivered the same day (Monday–Thursday). Due to the immediate allocation of time and energy, emergency readings are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once purchased.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate contact information

Submitting clear questions

Being open to receiving the messages as delivered
Disagreement with or dissatisfaction about the message received does not qualify for a refund.
